1. Who this policy covers

Digital 4 Jesus LLC operates d4j.si and is responsible for the information described here. This policy applies to this website and enquiries made through it, not to every website using the Digital 4 Jesus name. Services delivered under a separate agreement may have additional data-processing terms.

For privacy enquiries, email info@digital4jesus.com. The address above is our business mailing address, not an invitation to visit an office.

2. Information we process

• Enquiries: your name, business name, email address, optional telephone number, the workflow you describe and later correspondence.
• Website activity: technical information such as browser and device details, IP address, pages visited, time of access, referral and campaign information, and cookie or browser identifiers.
• Delivery and security records: submission references, delivery status and limited records used to prevent duplicate sends and abuse.

This website does not offer customer accounts or take payments. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, identity numbers, health information or unnecessary sensitive customer records.

3. How we use information

We use relevant information to respond to you, assess the workflow you describe, prepare proposals, manage business relationships, understand website activity, maintain security and meet applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages.

Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, it may include steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, or consent where required. The basis depends on the activity and the law that applies.

4. The enquiry form

The form uses our enquiry-delivery service to send your details to our team. Separate CRM tracking may also capture the submitted details and relevant visit information for follow-up. The success message confirms acceptance by the email-delivery service. It does not confirm that a person has read your enquiry or that every CRM action has completed.

Essential security mechanisms include a short-lived cookie for the secure form and browser session storage for an opaque submission reference, a digest and its status. The form's duplicate-send protection does not store your answers in that session-storage record. Other tracking storage is described separately below.

5. Cookies and website measurement

Google Analytics 4 starts automatically unless blocked by your browser or an installed opt-out. It measures page views and selected interactions using browser and device information, cookie identifiers, the canonical page URL, page title and referring website's origin. This installation does not send form-field contents, arbitrary URL query parameters or full referring-page URLs to Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

Separate CRM tracking uses cookies or browser storage to connect visits, sessions, campaign activity and form submissions. The Google Analytics restrictions above do not describe or disable that separate tracker. See Google's information about sites using its services for Google's processing.

d4j.si does not currently provide an on-site analytics opt-out control or cookie-consent popup. Your browser settings, blockers and Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on provide separate controls. The Google add-on does not disable CRM tracking. Blocking cookies, scripts or browser storage may affect the secure form. You can contact us directly by email or telephone instead.

Describing these settings is not a request for consent and does not replace any consent or other requirements imposed by applicable law.

6. Service providers and international processing

Our team and service providers may process information for hosting, security, enquiry delivery, email, CRM, analytics, document storage and professional advice. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or security. We do not sell personal information.

We serve businesses worldwide. Information may be accessed or processed in the United States, South Africa or other countries where our team or providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Any legally required transfer mechanism or safeguard must be addressed for the processing concerned; a US mailing address does not mean that all data remains in the United States.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business relationship, security purpose or applicable legal requirement. Short-lived technical duplicate-send records are separate from the enquiry and correspondence retained in email or CRM systems. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Requests and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing or obtain a copy of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights may have conditions or exceptions. Contact info@digital4jesus.com with your request; we may need to verify your identity.

Applicable protections may include those in your country or region, including South Africa's POPIA, the European Union's GDPR, UK data-protection law or relevant US state laws where they apply. You may also raise a concern with the appropriate data-protection authority. This policy does not limit mandatory rights.

External websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as the website or its processing changes. The date above identifies the latest version of this notice.
